ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY 

You need to use Adverbs of Frequency to describe how frequently, you do an activity.

RULES - POSITION IN A SENTENCE
An Adverb of Frequency goes BEFORE a main verb except with To Be. 
I always watch TV after dinner
We never have breakfast at school
I sometimes go to bed after midnight.

An Adverb of Frequency goes AFTER the verb To Be. 
He is always very tired
They are never on time
You are often in USA
