You need to use Adverbs of Frequency to describe how frequently, you do an activity.

RULES - POSITION IN A SENTENCE
An Adverb of Frequency goes BEFORE a main verb except with To Be.
I always watch TV after dinner
We never have breakfast at school
I sometimes go to bed after midnight.
He is always very tired
